Join the Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp at Schweickert Stadium at Veterans Memorial Park in Peru for Kids’ Day!

The gates open at 3:35 PM with the first pitch between the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes and your Illinois Valley Shrimp at 4:35 PM!

The day includes on-field activities for kids and adults, and four Lucky Number giveaways you could win! The Dog House LaSalle, Salinas Mexican Food and Tropical Sno will be out serving some delicious local food!

There will be a bounce house at the ballpark for kids 12 and under to enjoy, free of charge. 

The concession stand is stocked with Pepsi products for all your snack and drink needs! The Long Drink Beer Garden features the League's Best Beer Tent with a larger selection than ever of your favorite adult refreshments including Star Union Spirits cocktails!

Check out Schweickert Stadium with 500+ stadium seating, a concrete concourse, a brick backstop, easy-to-see-through and protective backstop netting and the James Hardie Party Zone! Admission is free, parking is free, and no tickets are required. Wear your Pistol Shrimp gear, and if you don't have any, stop at the Shrimp Merch Stand underneath the grandstands behind home plate! #FearTheClaw
